This place has become one of our families favorite traditions when we visit Pembroke Pines. The owner and staff are incredible and the gelato is even better.

Very disappointing experience. The store’s posted closing time is 10:00 PM, but when we arrived around 9:20 PM, the front door was already locked and the employee was putting away all of the gelato trays. As we walked up to the door, she saw us and went to the back instead of acknowledging us or explaining why they were closed early. If your business hours say you’re open until 10:00 PM, customers should be able to expect service until then. Please either honor your posted hours or update them to reflect your actual closing time.

I had a wonderful experience at Freddo Italian Ice Cream in Pembroke Pines! Adrian was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. His recommendations were absolutely perfect and made it so hard to choose because everything looked delicious. The ice cream was amazing—rich, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. They offer a huge variety of flavors, so there's something for everyone. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Freddo Italian Ice Cream 100%! If you visit, be sure to ask Adrian for recommendations—you won't be disappointed!

The place is very clean, the ice cream is high quality, and they have a lot of flavors to choose from, especially if you like dulce de leche. I want to highlight the service, especially Adrián, who provided great customer service. He was very friendly, patient, and let us try several flavors before deciding. That kind of service makes you want to come back. I highly recommend the Dulce de Leche, Dulce de Leche Oreo, and Coconut Dulce de Leche — all of them were delicious. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

The gelato and sorbet is very delicious! I love the many options plus the atmosphere is great. The empanadas are a little strange to have though.
